On December 4, 2024, Axiado Corporation, a pioneer in hardware anchored platform security, announced it successfully raised $60 million in an oversubscribed Series C funding round. The round was led by Maverick Silicon with participation from Samsung Catalyst Fund, Atreides Management, and Crosslink Capital. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Axiado Corporation on the transaction.

This investment will fuel the company’s rapid growth and continued innovation in AI-driven cybersecurity technologies that are redefining platform security and energy efficiency for accelerated computing in AI data centers. Wilson Sonsini Advises Neptune Medical on $97 Million Series D Financing
On August 15, 2024, Neptune Medical, a leader in medical device innovation, announced the completion of a $97 million Series D financing. Sonder Capital and Olympus Corporation of the Americas were significant participants in the round, which included investments from other existing and new investors. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Neptune Medical on the transaction.

The financing will strengthen Neptune Medical as a gastrointestinal-focused company expanding into robotics for GI disease, as evidenced by the recent appointment of medical robotics pioneer Dr. Fred Moll as chairman of the company’s board.

Neptune Medical also announced the successful spinout of its subsidiary, Jupiter Endovascular, which is developing a new class of endovascular procedures to bring the precision and control of direct surgical access to catheter-based interventions. Wilson Sonsini will represent Jupiter Endovascular moving forward.

On March 14, 2024, cultivated meat start-up Orbillion said it has raised fresh capital bringing its cumulative funding to $15 million. The round follows a successful 200-liter production run which the company says validates its predictive modeling platform for "de-risking" the scale-up process for cultivated meat. The round was led by The Venture Collective and co-led by At One Ventures, with participation from YCombinator, Metaplanet, and global food investors including university endowments and strategic investors, and follows a $5 million Seed round announced in 2021.
