Will Andrews is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he advises technology companies at all stages of growth and the investors that invest in them. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including emerging companies, venture capital, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Will served as a legal intern for a tech start-up. While in law school, he represented numerous nonprofit corporations through UCI Law’s Community and Economic Development Clinic, where he provided guidance on an array of matters, including corporate governance, incorporation, 501(c)(3) matters, real estate refinancing, intellectual property, and tax. While pursuing his undergraduate degree in business administration, Will practiced accounting.
