Min Jung “MJ” Han is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she practices corporate and securities law. MJ advises start-ups and growth-stage companies from formation to maturity, ranging from venture financings and liquidity events to corporate governance and day-to-day legal matters. MJ also advises venture capital firms, corporate strategic investors, other private funds, and angel investors investing into such companies.

Additionally, MJ advises Korean companies on their expansion to the U.S. and, after their “U.S. flip,” on their ongoing operations as U.S. entities with significant business operations in Korea. MJ is bilingual in Korean and English.

MJ has a background in organic chemistry. Prior to her legal career, she conducted research on the development of small molecule probes for in vivo imaging.
