Patrick Begian is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including emerging company and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Patrick attended UCLA School of Law, where he graduated with double specializations in Technology Law and Business Law. During law school, Patrick served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and as the editor-in-chief of the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology.

Patrick is fluent in Armenian.
