On February 4, 2026, Adaption Labs, a start-up building AI systems that evolve through real world interaction, enabling efficient AI across domains, languages, and operational constraints, announced it has raised $50 million in a seed funding round led by Emergence Capital Partners, with participation from Mozilla Ventures, Fifty Years, Threshold Ventures, Alpha Intelligence Capital, E14 Fund, and Neo. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Adaption Labs on the transaction.
Adaption Labs will use the funding from its seed round to build its team and expand product offerings for customers that go beyond standard AI models.
The Wilson Sonsini team that advised Adaption Labs on the transaction included Lang Liu, Alex Youssef, MJ Han, Mackenzie Tobin, and Kate Secrest.
