Lang Liu is a corporate and securities partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focuses on representing technology companies and innovative start-ups, including those in digital health. She works with public and private companies through all stages of their growth, as well as with investment banks and venture capital firms. She also counsels clients on matters such as general corporate governance and public company disclosure.
From 2011 to 2014, Lang was an associate in Wilson Sonsini's Palo Alto office. Prior to rejoining the firm, she was an associate in the Menlo Park office of Goodwin Procter LLP.
