Lang Liu is a corporate and securities partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focuses on representing technology companies and innovative start-ups, including those in digital health. She works with public and private companies through all stages of their growth, as well as with investment banks and venture capital firms.
