Nedim Novakovic is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on employment and trade secrets matters.

Nedim's practice spans across three areas. First, he handles pre-suit employment law matters, such as drafting and reviewing employment policies; drafting, negotiating, and reviewing employment, consulting, and separation agreements; and guiding clients through employment issues. Second, Nedim handles employment litigation matters, including alternative dispute resolution and state agency investigations. Finally, he advises and represents clients in corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, asset purchases, and financing, helping structure corporate transactions to minimize employment-related risks.

Prior to joining the firm, Nedim clerked for the Honorable Stephanie M. Rose of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa. He has also externed for the Honorable William H. Orrick III of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
