Eric Allen Conner is a law clerk in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to attending law school, Eric co-founded and led Healthify, a healthcare SaaS company, that was acquired by WellSky in 2021. He subsequently worked at Prove Identity, a venture-backed company in the consumer identity and access management space, where he led healthcare sales.

Eric is fluent in Spanish.
