SixFifty, a legal technology company that automates employment law compliance for HR and legal teams, recently announced its successful acquisition by a leading human capital management company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised SixFifty on the transaction.
Founded in 2019 by Kimball Dean Parker with support from Wilson Sonsini, SixFifty developed an AI-powered platform that enables organizations to generate and maintain employment documents—such as offer letters, NDAs, contractor agreements, and separation agreements—customized to federal, state, and local requirements. The platform combines a proprietary legal content library with real-time search, automation, and updates to help companies manage complex compliance efficiently and at scale.
