Alex Corluyan is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on commercial real estate. His experience includes a focus on mergers and acquisitions, representing both buyers and sellers across various industries. Alex also represents both landlords and tenants in leasing, buyers and sellers in purchase and sale transactions, and sublandlords and subtenants in subleases.
During law school, Alex was editor of the Virginia Law and Business Review, a member of the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, and intern at the Federal Public Defender (W.D. Va). Prior to law school, Alex worked as a paralegal at law firms in New York and San Francisco.
