Mackenzie Tobin is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focuses on corporate and securities law, including emerging companies, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and SEC compliance.
While in law school, Mackenzie was a legal intern in Robinhood’s legal department and was certified as a mediator through USC Gould’s Mediation Clinic.

The partnership between the companies also includes an effort to design training and serving systems for NVIDIA architectures and broaden access to frontier AI and open models for enterprises, research institutions, and the scientific community.
