Christopher Paniewski is a partner in the technology transactions practice in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s Palo Alto office. He focuses his practice on strategic commercial transactions, investments, and mergers and acquisitions for technology companies. Chris is a founding member of the firm’s electronic gaming group.

Chris’s clients range from multinational enterprises to cutting edge start-ups in various industries, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, autonomous vehicles, electronic gaming, fintech, and software and hardware, among many others. Chris is able to address a number of intellectual property-based and complex transactions, such as cloud computing agreements, software licensing agreements, outsourcing relationships, intellectual property and technology licensing agreements, supply agreements, joint ventures, and agreements for many other types of commercial and strategic transactions.

Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Chris practiced in the outsourcing, commercial transactions, and technology practice of a large, multinational law firm.
