Wilson Sonsini Advises Thinking Machines Lab on Strategic Partnership with NVIDIA
On March 10, 2026, Thinking Machines Lab and NVIDIA announced a multi-year strategic partnership to deploy at least one gigawatt of next-generation NVIDIA Vera Rubin systems to support Thinking Machines’ frontier model training and platforms delivering customizable AI at scale. In addition, NVIDIA has made a significant investment in Thinking Machines to support the company’s long-term growth. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Thinking Machines on both the partnership and the investment.

The partnership between the companies also includes an effort to design training and serving systems for NVIDIA architectures and broaden access to frontier AI and open models for enterprises, research institutions, and the scientific community.

Wilson Sonsini Advises Underwriters on ServiceTitan’s $625 Million IPO
On December 11, 2024, ServiceTitan, Inc., the software platform that powers the trades, announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,800,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $71.00 per share. In addition, ServiceTitan has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,320,000 shares of its Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on December 12, 2024, under the ticker symbol “TTAN.” The offering is expected to close on December 13, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. Wilson Sonsini Advises Divergent Technologies, Inc. on Upsized $230 Million Series D
On November 13, 2023, Divergent Technologies, Inc., the company that has invented, developed, and commercialized the world's first end-to-end digital industrial manufacturing system, announced that it has completed a Series D equity financing totaling $230 million. The round was led by a $100 million investment from Hexagon AB and included participation from new and existing institutional and family office investors. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Divergent on the transaction.

Divergent has created the world's first end-to-end software-hardware production system for industrial digital manufacturing—the Divergent Adaptive Production System (DAPS)—allowing customers to design, additively manufacture, and automatically assemble complex structures for automotive, aerospace, and defense applications. DAPS transforms the economics and environmental impact of manufacturing complex structures for vehicles of all types by optimizing designs, dematerializing structures, and eliminating upfront capex.
