On July 27, 2026, global investment firm Carlyle announced that it had acquired Secturion Systems, a leading provider of high-speed, NSA-certified hardware encryption solutions that protect sensitive and classified information. The transaction marks the first investment by Carlyle’s dedicated middle-market Aerospace, Defense & Government, and Industrials platform.
