Steve Herlin is a corporate associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on the representation of emerging growth, technology, consumer product and life sciences companies, and the venture capital firms that fund them. He has experience counseling publicly held companies and their executives and boards of directors, as well as private equity firms.

Prior to joining the firm, Steve was a corporate associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins LLP, where he focused on private equity M&A transactions and public company representation. Earlier in his career, he was a corporate associate in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he focused on debt finance and private equity M&A transactions.

Steve is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
