Teddy Kotler is an associate in the Wilmington office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. His practice focuses on Delaware corporate law and corporate governance.

Prior to joining the firm, Teddy clerked for Justice Karen L. Valihura of the Delaware Supreme Court where he gained valuable insight into complex commercial disputes involving a wide array of Delaware corporate issues.

During law school, Teddy served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Patricia M. Mayer of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also worked as a student attorney in the Villanova Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship and served as an articles editor for the Villanova Law Review.
