In just the past few years, Josh obtained a complete defense verdict in a trade secret jury trial in California state court in which the plaintiff sought over a billion dollars, won a directed verdict in a trademark infringement trial on behalf of the defendant where the parties shared the same name, and obtained a multimillion-dollar verdict from a federal jury in a breach of contract action.
