Hallee Moore is Of Counsel in the M&A practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she advises public and privately held companies, private equity funds, and growth equity and venture capital investors on a vast array of complex transactions and general corporate matters. Hallee’s primary practice focuses on buyout and corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, spin-offs and carve-outs, acquihires, restructurings and recapitalizations, cross-border/international transactions, joint ventures, and growth and later-stage financings. She has represented U.S. and international clients in a variety of industry verticals, including software, technology and technology-enabled services, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, renewable and clean energy, healthcare and digital health, cryptocurrency, digital assets and blockchain, payments and financial services, food, beverage and consumer products, beauty, health and wellness, telecommunications, and media.

In addition, Hallee routinely counsels clients, brokers, underwriting reps, and carriers on a full scope of representation and warranties insurance and other transactional risk insurance matters and has facilitated the placement of billions of dollars of primary and excess insurance coverage.

Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Hallee was a partner at two other prominent law firms.

Hallee is admitted to practice in Colorado, Georgia, and Wyoming. She is not yet admitted in Washington and therefore not authorized to practice law in Washington.
