Elisa Sielski is a corporate associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she advises public and private technology, life sciences, and emerging growth companies at all stages of growth. She counsels clients in matters ranging from formation and early-stage venture financing to listings of publicly traded securities on U.S. and foreign exchanges to public offerings and strategic transactions. She also represents venture capital funds and investment banks in investment transactions and public offerings.

In particular, Elisa’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law (including general corporate representation), public offerings, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financings. She also has experience in counseling publicly held companies on disclosure matters, SEC compliance, Nasdaq and NYSE listing matters, and other securities laws issues. Elisa has experience working with clients in a broad range of industries, including technology and software companies, life sciences, financial services, energy, agriculture, and retail goods. Her international experience includes multiple transactions across Latin America, as well as the UK, France, Israel, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and the Cayman Islands, among others.

Prior to joining the firm, Elisa was an associate in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, working in the capital markets and Latin America groups.

In addition to English, Elisa is fluent in Portuguese and proficient in French and Spanish.

Wilson Sonsini Advises QuantWare on $178 Million Series B
On May 5, 2026, QuantWare, a leading industrial quantum processor company, announced a $178 million Series B equity fundraising following the announcement of VIO-40K™, a quantum processor architecture for 10,000 qubits, 100x larger than the state of the art today. New investors joining the round include Intel Capital, IQT, and ETF Partners, with participating existing investors including FORWARD.one and Invest-NL Deep Tech Fund, InnovationQuarter Capital, Ground State Ventures, and Graduate Ventures. The round was heavily oversubscribed and is the largest private round raised by a dedicated quantum processor company to date. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised QuantWare on the transaction.

QuantWare is the only company that designs, fabricates, and integrates modular quantum processors on an open architecture at an industrial scale. The company is building KiloFab, the world’s largest dedicated quantum open architecture fab, increasing its production capacity by 20x to meet strong global customer demand.
