On April 22, 2025, Arch Labs announced that it has raised $13 million in a Series A funding round led by Pantera Capital. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Pantera Capital on the transaction.

The proceeds from the Series A will accelerate the development and launch of the “ArchVM,” which enables fast, secure, and fully verifiable smart-contract functionality on Bitcoin.

The Wilson Sonsini team that advised Pantera Capital on the transaction included Jonathan Chan, Matt Quadrini, and Jun Hyung Lee.
