Matthew Quadrini is a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he works with emerging technology companies throughout the various stages of their development. Matthew focuses on corporate formation, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Additionally, he supports venture capital investors in financings as well as in secondary and strategic transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Matthew was a senior associate in the emerging companies and in the securities law practice groups of a leading Canadian law firm. His prior experience also includes in-house roles with investment firms and public companies.
