Jonathan serves as corporate counsel to early-stage and late-stage venture-backed companies, with a focus on AI, crypto, cybersecurity, fintech, and video game companies.
Before joining Wilson Sonsini, Jonathan was a co-founder and COO of a venture-backed investment platform for video games and, prior to that, served as a senior director of business development at Electronic Arts.
He advises dozens of companies that work with blockchains, digital assets, and distributed networks, and assists them with financing transactions, token transactions, and corporate structuring.
