Jun Hyung Lee is an associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses primarily on corporate and securities law. He works with companies and investors at all stages of their business life cycle on matters including corporate formation, corporate governance, venture capital and growth equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Jun worked as a corporate associate at a leading Canadian law firm. During law school, he worked as a legal intern at a start-up technology company based out of Vancouver, British Columbia.
