Wilson Sonsini Advises Hadrian on $1.37 Billion Series D
On August 6, 2026, Hadrian, the advanced manufacturing company building highly automated factories for America, announced $1.37 billion in new equity financing to accelerate the buildout of the domestic manufacturing capacity needed to deliver America's most critical defense, aerospace, and industrial systems. The raise values Hadrian at $7.87 billion. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Hadrian on the transaction.
The financing will be co-led by WCM Investment Management, Washington Harbour Partners, Valor Equity Partners, 137 Ventures, and Baillie Gifford. JPMorganChase's Strategic Investment Group joined as anchor co-lead, investing through the firm's Security and Resiliency Initiative. The round also included major participation by 1789 Capital, as well as Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, funds managed by Apollo, accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., CapitalG, Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, Lux Capital, Altimeter, Construct Capital, and existing investors.

Wilson Sonsini Advises Assort Health on $120 Million Series C
On June 24, 2026, Assort Health, the most widely used AI agents platform for the patient journey, announced a $120 million Series C led by Menlo Ventures at a valuation of $1.2 billion. Assort has now raised more than $222 million to become the standard for healthcare organizations wanting to transform the patient journey with AI. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Assort on the transaction.
In addition to Menlo Ventures, investors participating in the Series C financing include Lightspeed Venture Partners, Felicis, First Round Capital, Chemistry, Joe Montana, Tau Ventures, and Quiet Capital.
What began as the first voice AI agent to schedule a specialty appointment is now a platform spanning scheduling, intake forms, referrals, document processing, medication refills, real time eligibility, lab requests, and payments. That expansion has been powered by more than 190 million patient interactions, 62,000 care protocols, and 1.6 million decision pathways, creating the largest proprietary specialty dataset in healthcare.
