On June 25, 2026, Hera, the company solving eldercare with human-centric AI, announced it has raised $27 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Bain Capital Ventures with continued participation from Accel. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Hera on the transaction.
Hera will use the funding to advance its AI platform and expand into California, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts, with the goal of going live in more than 25 states by the end of 2026.
The Wilson Sonsini team that advised Hera on the transaction includes Rob Broderick, Abi Riddle, Michael Anderson, and Nara Jo.
