On April 7, 2026, HexemBio announced its public launch as a biotechnology company developing the breakthrough blood stem cell rejuvenation therapy, alongside the close of a $10.4 million seed round. The round is led by Draper Associates with participation from SOSV, Seraphim, and other strategic investors. The funding will be used to finalize HexemBio’s IND-enabling studies and GMP manufacturing, with the company targeting first-in-human trials in 2027. Firm Advises Lead Investor G2 Venture Partners on Waabi’s $1 Billion Fundraise
On January 28, 2026, Waabi, the leader in Physical AI, announced it has closed its oversubscribed $750 million Series C financing round co-led by G2 Venture Partners and Khosla Ventures, and secured an additional milestone-based future investment from Uber to support a new partnership to deploy robotaxis powered by the Waabi Driver exclusively on the Uber platform. The funding, the largest fundraise in Canadian history, will fuel the continued advancement of Waabi’s Physical AI Platform, further accelerate the company’s commercial progress in autonomous trucking, and support Waabi’s expansion into robotaxis. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised G2 Venture Partners on the transaction.

On April 14, 2025, Trove, the leader in branded resale and customer trade-in, announced that it is advancing its European and global expansion by acquiring reverse.supply, a German-based leader in the European branded resale market. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Trove on the transaction, in collaboration with Noerr Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB.

This acquisition marks a major milestone in Trove’s international platform rollout, making branded resale even more accessible, scalable, and operationally seamless for brands across 30 countries. By combining Trove's established technology platform with reverse.supply's deep European expertise, Trove now offers the most comprehensive and scalable set of technology components for brands seeking to implement circular solutions in North America, Europe, and the UK.
