Melissa Wright is Of Counsel in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her corporate practice focuses on the representation of emerging companies in the technology sector and the venture capital and private equity firms that finance them, with a focus on climate and clean technology solutions. She has experience with emerging companies and investors on a range of matters, including formation and growth, venture capital and growth equity financing transactions, M&A and strategic transactions, and general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Melissa was counsel at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where she had a general corporate practice, representing private and public technology companies and investors in the U.S. and internationally. She also previously served as in-house counsel at Exar Corporation, a public semiconductor company.
