Sean Mihaljevich is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on corporate and securities law. 

Sean attended Stanford Law School, where he served as a senior editor of the Stanford Law & Policy Review and participated in the Juelsgaard Intellectual Property & Innovation Clinic. While at Stanford, Sean received the Gerald Gunther Prize for outstanding performance in legal research and writing.

Prior to attending law school, Sean worked as a research analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
