Robin Smith is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm’s antitrust and competition practice.  

Robin represents clients in a wide range of antitrust matters, including civil litigation, criminal investigations, and compliance. He also has experience in a variety of commercial disputes and challenges to federal agency actions. His clients span a broad range of industries, including media, technology, insurance, manufacturing, and healthcare. Robin’s pro bono practice includes representing clients in asylum and environmental matters.

Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Robin worked in the Global Antitrust Law Group in the Washington, D.C., office of Morrison Foerster. Following law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Helene White of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and for the Honorable Susie Morgan of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
