Robin Crauthers is senior counsel in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on representing companies in government antitrust investigations and litigation, including mergers and acquisitions. Robin has obtained multijurisdictional antitrust clearance in high-stakes, billion-dollar transactions. From pre-signing to second requests and litigation, Robin strategically marshals public and private companies through DOJ and FTC antitrust investigations.

Prior to joining the firm, Robin served as a trial attorney at the Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division in the Media, Entertainment, and Professional Services section, where she led matters related to the broadcast, ticketing, and professional services industries. During her time at the DOJ, Robin was an integral part of three litigation teams—United States v. AB Electrolux, United States v. Tribune Publishing, and United States v. Deere/Monsanto/Precision Planting.
