Riley Lovendale is senior counsel in the Boston office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm’s technology transactions practice. Riley represents companies in connection with technology and intellectual property transactions in a wide array of industries, particularly in the digital health, fintech, and insurtech industries. He regularly drafts and negotiates a variety of commercial agreements, including cloud computing (SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS), collaboration, strategic alliance, research and development, supply and distribution, asset transfer, referral, reseller, and technology and intellectual property license agreements. Riley also counsels clients with respect to commercial, intellectual property, and technology-related legal matters, including those arising in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and venture capital and private equity transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Riley was counsel in the technology transactions group at Goodwin Procter.
