Laura Duncan is an associate in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she works with private and public companies at all stages of growth, in addition to representing venture capital firms in private company financings and investment banks in public offerings. Laura's practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including general corporate representation, public offerings, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. She also counsels public companies on public disclosures and compliance with SEC and exchange rules.

Prior to joining the firm, Laura was an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where she represented major Latin American and U.S. companies and underwriters in connection with securities offerings and advised financial services clients on regulatory matters.
