On January 16, 2025, Micron Technology, Inc., settled its offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.80 percent senior notes due 2035. Micron intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to pay the redemption price of its outstanding 4.975 percent senior notes due 2026 and for general corporate purposes. Wilson Sonsini Advises Zymeworks on Exclusive Licensing Agreement with Jazz Pharmaceuticals
On October 19 2022, Zymeworks BC Inc. and Jazz Pharmaceuticals Ireland Ltd. announced that they entered into an exclusive license agreement to develop and commercialize zanidatamab. Under that arrangement, Jazz will receive an exclusive license from Zymeworks to develop and commercialize zanidatamab in the United States, Europe, Japan, and all other territories except for those Asia/Pacific territories that Zymeworks previously licensed to BeiGene, Ltd.

On July 9, 2021, FREYR AS, a Norway-based developer of clean, next-generation battery cell production capacity, announced the completion of its business combination with Alussa Energy Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted, publicly listed special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), to become publicly listed company now known as "FREYR Battery." FREYR's common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "FREY" and "FREY WS" (common stock and warrants, respectively) on July 8, 2021. On May 27, 2021, São Paulo-based proptech QuintoAndar announced that it has closed on $300 million in a Series E round of funding that values it at $4 billion. Silicon Valley-based Ribbit Capital led the financing, which also included participation from SoftBank’s LatAm-focused Innovation Fund, LTS, Maverik, Alta Park, an undisclosed U.S.-based asset manager fund with over $2 trillion in AUM, Kaszek Ventures, Dragoneer, and Accel partner Kevin Efrusy. On September 17, 2020, Athira Pharma, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing small molecules to restore neuronal health and stop neurodegeneration, priced its initial public offering of 12 million shares of its common stock at $17.00 per share. All shares were offered by Athira. The gross proceeds are expected to be $204 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.
