On October 8, 2026, Vesta, an AI-native loan origination system for mortgage lenders, announced a $30 million Series B funding led by Conversion Capital. Three Vesta customers, New American Funding, Pennymac, and nbkc bank, also invested, as did Citi Ventures, FirstKey Mortgage, and Navitas Capital. Existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, Zigg Capital, and Parker89, First American Financial's venture arm, also participated. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Vesta on the transaction.
Vesta plans to use the funds to support product growth and market expansion, and is hiring across engineering, implementation, and go-to-market roles.
