Hedi Thlibi is an associate in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice covers all aspects of UK and EU competition law. He represents clients before competition authorities in merger control, antitrust, and other tech regulatory investigations. He also advises clients on the application of competition law to their business operations.
Prior to joining the firm, Hedi served at the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) for over six years, working across the agency’s portfolio, including merger control, cartels, abuse of dominance, and consumer protection investigations. He covered a wide variety of industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and telecommunications.
Hedi is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
