She also advises clients on a broad range of day-to-day employment matters, including employment and consulting agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants, redundancy processes, employee retention, employment disputes, senior executive terminations, harmonization of terms and conditions of employment, and data protection issues in relation to UK-based employees.
