Eleanor Williams is an associate in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm’s employment practice. Eleanor focuses on UK employment law and is experienced in advising on employment aspects of domestic and international corporate transactions and business re-organisations, including addressing the application of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations. She also advises clients on a broad range of day-to-day employment matters, including employment and consulting agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants, redundancy processes, employee retention, employment disputes, senior executive terminations, harmonization of terms and conditions of employment, and data protection issues in relation to UK-based employees.

Prior to joining the firm, Eleanor was an associate in the employment department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (UK) LLP in London.
