Annie Xu is an associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focuses on emerging companies, venture capital, and corporate and securities law.
Annie previously served as Vice Chair of the ABA Space Law Committee from 2024-2025. During law school, she was awarded three named fellowships to support her international law work in China; the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; and Geneva, Switzerland. Prior to law school, Annie researched comparative law and politics in the United Kingdom, Latin America, and the Middle East and North Africa.
Annie is fluent in Mandarin and proficient in Spanish.
