Andy Gillman is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he works with public and private technology companies at all stages of growth, from early-stage start-ups to scaling businesses. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including venture capital financings, M&A, and general corporate governance. Andy also has experience guiding companies through IPOs. Prior to practicing law, he was a certified public accountant and financial statement auditor, bringing a deep financial perspective to his legal practice.

On May 12, 2026, Isomorphic Labs, an AI-first drug design and development company, announced it has raised $2.1 billion in Series B funding. The financing round is led by Thrive Capital, and includes participation from existing backers Alphabet and GV alongside new investors MGX, Temasek, CapitalG, and the UK Sovereign AI Fund, significantly expanding Isomorphic Labs’ global capital base.
