On October 8, 2026, Oratomic, a neutral atom quantum computing company focused on building the world’s first utility-scale fault-tolerant quantum computers, announced that it raised $475 million in its Series B round, raising its valuation to $5.4 billion and bringing the company’s total funding raised to date to $775 million. The funding round was co-led by ARCH Venture Partners, Spark Capital, Khosla Ventures, Index Ventures, General Catalyst, and Bezos Expeditions. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Oratomic on the transaction.
The new funding will support the continued growth of Oratomic's scientific and engineering team, laboratory infrastructure, and the systems required to build its quantum computers.
