On October 21, 2021, Babylon Holdings Limited, one of the world's fastest-growing digital healthcare companies, announced that it has completed its business combination with Alkuri Global Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company. Babylon's Class A ordinary shares and its warrants will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on October 22, 2021 under the new ticker symbols "BBLN" and "BBLN.W", respectively.
