She has also worked on numerous transactions as underwriter counsel; examples include MongoDB, Tenable Networks, and The Trade Desk.

On June 11, 2026, Adyen N.V. (AMS: ADYEN), a global financial technology platform, announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire enterprise billing platform Orb for $335 million. Upon closing, Orb will become an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary managed under an incubator model. The strategic intent is to eventually create a unified infrastructure experience for merchants across billing and payments.

On March 23, 2026, Dimer Health, a clinician-led, AI-native transitional care medicine company, announced $13.5 million in Series A financing led by Team8 and Bill Ackman's Table Management, with participation from existing investors Silver Circle and TechAviv. The round brings the company's total funding to $20 million and will support national expansion of Dimer's dedicated post-discharge clinical service line, now operating across eight states.
