On September 18, 2025, Vibranium Labs, a provider of AI-powered incident management solutions, announced the completion of a $4.6 million seed funding round. The round was led by Calibrate Ventures and Mirae Asset with participation from a16z, Franklin Templeton, Plug and Play, Gaingels, Wildcard Capital, FalconX, and DCG. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Vibranium Labs on the transaction.

Vibranium Labs' proprietary tool, Vibe AI, is an AI Site Reliability Engineer designed to proactively monitor and resolve IT incidents. The funds from this financing round will be used to accelerate product innovation, expand the company's engineering and go-to-market teams, and strengthen partnerships across various industries.

The Wilson Sonsini team that advised Vibranium Labs on the transaction includes Yokum Taku, Avi Emanuel, Nate Lees, and Andrew Kim.
