Andrew Kim is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on corporate and securities law.

While in law school, Andrew was a legal intern at Sands Capital, an investment fund focused on technology and life sciences sectors at all stages of the company life cycle with venture capital, growth equity, and public equity arms.

Prior to law school, Andrew was a regulatory consultant at ACA Group, a global regulatory risk and compliance consulting firm for the financial services. At ACA, he advised venture capital and private equity funds on applicable securities laws and reporting obligations.
