Matthew (Matt) Cook is a corporate and securities associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he represents investors and companies across all stages of their life cycle. His practice includes incorporation and initial capitalization, venture capital, debt financings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Matt was an associate in the Menlo Park office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP. His background also includes experience in supply chain and operations management as well as sales, providing him with a unique commercial perspective on his clients' operations.
