On February 24, 2026, SambaNova, a leader in next‑generation AI infrastructure, announced that it has raised more than $350 million in investment from new and existing investors. The oversubscribed Series E round was led by Vista Equity Partners and Cambium Capital, with strong participation from Intel Capital. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised SambaNova on the transaction.
New investors joining the round included Assam Ventures, Battery Ventures, Gulf Development, Mayfield Capital, Saudi First Data, Seligman Ventures, and accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., while participating existing investors included A&E, 8Square, Atlantic Bridge, BlackRock, GV, Nepenthe, Nuri Capital, and Redline Capital.
The proceeds from the Series E will be used to expand production of SambaNova’s newly announced SN50 AI chip—positioned as the most efficient chip for agentic AI—scale its SambaCloud platform, and deepen enterprise software integrations.
