On June 30, 2026, Aker ASA (Aker) and the other shareholders of Cognite announced that they have entered into an agreement to sell 100 percent of the shares in Cognite Holding B.V. (Cognite) to Schneider Electric based on an enterprise value of US$3.1 billion. On June 22, 2026, Quantum Computing Inc. (QCi), an innovative, quantum optics and integrated photonics technology company, announced the completion of acquiring NHanced Semiconductors for a combination of cash and QCi stock valued at $73.1 million, subject to customary adjustments, and up to an additional $72.0 million if certain performance targets are achieved.
