On October 9, 2026, Microchip Technology, a broadline supplier of semiconductors, announced that it has acquired VORAGO Technologies, a privately held provider of radiation-hardened and radiation-tolerant microcontrollers (MCUs) and microprocessors (MPUs) based in Austin, Texas.
