Michael Kamer is an associate in the Austin office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm's corporate department.

Prior to attending law school, Michael worked as a senior associate in PwC's Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) practice. In this role, he advised clients on complex financial reporting issues around deals and other transformational events. During law school, Michael served as a legal extern in the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Consumer Protection.

Michael is a certified public accountant in New York.
