On February 6, 2026, Lawhive, a start-up that uses AI to transform the business model of law firms that perform routine legal work for individuals and small businesses, announced it has raised $60 million in new venture capital funding. The Series B funding round was led by Mitch Rales, co-founder of Danaher Corp., with participation from TQ Ventures, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Balderton Capital, and Jigsaw. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Lawhive on the transaction.
After starting in the UK, Lawhive launched in the U.S. last year and now operates in 35 states, with plans to expand nationwide. The company has offices in Austin and is opening a new headquarters in New York. Lawhive plans to use the new funding primarily for U.S. expansion and to scale its AI-native consumer law firm model.
The Wilson Sonsini team that advised Lawhive on the transaction includes Rezwan Pavri, Jose Campos, Lester Ang, Kailey Paglia, and Karin Hjorth.
