Karin Hjorth is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she practices corporate and securities law. She advises companies at all stages of growth on a range of matters, including general corporate governance and public company disclosure.
Prior to joining the firm, Karin was an associate in the Mountain View and Santa Monica offices of Fenwick & West LLP. During law school, she worked as a law clerk at Fenwick & West LLP, Intuitive (NASDAQ: ISRG), and Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL). While a student at Santa Clara Law, her team won the Galloway Moot Court Competition, and Karin was recognized as Best Oral Advocate for her performance.
Before attending law school, Karin began her career in regulatory affairs at a medical device start-up and later participated in Johnson & Johnson’s Regulatory Affairs Leadership Development Program.

The proceeds from the Series A will position Maneva to accelerate on three fronts: deepening its core AI capabilities through continued development of its patent-pending VITA and ALIS agents, expanding its customer base into new geographies and industries, and rolling out its next generation of factory orchestration and AI knowledge agent features.
